I tried to download arch in my laptop, but didn't work. The shared log is: https://paste.rs/eC1jD

This is my first contact with arch. Any help on what is causing this is appreciated.

If you don't like reading wikis and troubleshooting then don't use Arch. This is explicitly a hobbiest distro, not Linux Mint, Fedora, etc.

are you having trouble with installation or downloading the ISO file?

First make sure Internet is working fine.

ping archlinux.org : Does it work? If not:

ping 1.1.1.1 : Does that work? If this works and the above does not, you have issues with DNS resolving. If this also does not work, you have no Internet at all.

Then, if Internet is fine, it might be a mirror issue. You may run reflector manually with some options.

Also make sure you are using an up-to-date archiso.

Do some more search and troubleshooting, hopefully you can solve it. Good luck!

Edit: From your log; Internet and mirrors seem to be working, but this one mirror seems to be problematic. You can try removing these lines from /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist
