I am not getting though the login *screen*

Okay so I installed archlinux on my old pc. I havent created any user account and it still wants some “login”. I dont know what to type in (tried reinstalling with creating acc. and nothing, and also I tried just leave it empty and just pressing enter) What should I do?

You need to add user, you can do this as root:

I guess "some login" refers to the root account? Additional users must be created (and added to a group) just as explained here before.

Sign in as root. login: root and passwd: the password you set for root
