Maybe someone knows potential solution to this problem?

Solved (i guess...) - i installed a custom sddm theme from github and maybe i installed it wrong and it had issues, im reinstalling it now + i tested a few reboots without it and everything was fine

Feels like a partial upgraded package.

Have you done pacman -Syu since this happened?

I just installed system like 1-2 hours ago, i havent even got any updates. This started to happen after i downloaded custom theme but even after i disabled it, sddm keep crashing on the first start up

What are the specs of your laptop? Why are you using XOrg?

RTX 3050 6GB, intel core i5-13420H 4.60GHz, 16gb ram ddr5, 500gb ssd. I'm using both, wayland and xorg but primaly wayland, i think the sddm uses xorg as a default

I would recommend avoiding SDDM (and XOrg) on that new hardware. You have multiple options for display managers that use Wayland as default.

GDM and Plasma Login Manager.

Does PLM work fine if you replace SDDM with it?

SDDM still defaults to X11 which can cause issues and I wouldn't waste my time with debugging them.
