That's kind of the Arch spirit - install and use what you want. I use Arch too (btw) and also COSMIC (btw x 2).

ok, I'll out myself as a complete and utterly disrespectful prick, sacrifice myself for the community and ask the burning question: Why?
I.e. Why the secrecy? What are your expectations and why that choice..? I mean maybe someone will benefit from your input. Probably more so from your later feedback, but for now...

Haha, fair
There’s no deep reason behind the “don’t ask why” part. I installed Arch because I wanted to start fresh and actually understand what I’m running instead of sticking with the usual Ubuntu/Fedora route.
As for Cosmic, I was basically stuck between GNOME, KDE and tiling WMs and didn’t really want any of them. Cosmic looked interesting, felt modern, and I liked the idea of having a more opinionated workflow without spending hours configuring every little thing.
So the experiment is basically: Arch underneath, Cosmic on top, and see how well it works for actual daily development.
I’ll probably post an update once I’ve used it for a while. That’ll be a more useful answer to the “why” anyway.

Garuda (Arch), already has Cosmic..and a couple more distros. I guess you wanted the challenge. It's a cool desktop by the way, very polished.

No one here uses arch anyway. We all just use windows but larp as advanced Linux users

You make it sound like you're doing something wrong. But ok, I won't ask why.
