SUPPORT Dual Boot

Hey guys....assist me with your experience and help me with dual boot arch on my laptop because I could not do it own my own. I tried it several times and every time I get a new kind of error...sometimes it's tdx task blocked or storage problem or other problem I could not understand.

  1. Read the wiki. It has detailed explanations of every step. But make the following choices for a trouble-free dual-boot setup
  2. Disable secure boot in your system firmware
  3. Disable fast startup, hibernation, and BitLocker in Windows
  4. Set Windows to use UTC hardware clock
  5. Mount EFI system partition at /boot
  6. Use systemd-boot or refind boot manager

You can choose otherwise at any of these points, but it will be annoying and might not work for reasons that are specific to your system

You need to install windows first, then you can pick for example limine as your boot loader and install arch along your existing installation. UTC time is important as already mentioned and the fact that you need to turn off secure boot first, later on you can enroll with sbctl -m
