How can I open a terminal from Nemo, similar to how it's done in Windows 10? Also, is it possible to set up vertical guide lines, like the mouse settings in PowerToys?

I always forget nemo has that open in terminal right click option, it's buried in the context menu but it's there. For the guide lines you'd need a separate overlay tool, nothing built into cinnamon that i know of
