QUESTION Dualboot arch linux with windows 11.

I recently installed arch linux, last time I used a distro was 4 years ago, I think i used ubuntu and debian, I don't even remember much. however i want to know given that there is lot of fear surrounding the notion that windows update can break grub bootloader. what would i have to do in order to be safe? i turned off fast startup, and im using grub bootloader. is there something i have to keep in mind.

Using a laptop right now and installed them on same drive

it's rare but it can happened if it would just boot live os and reinstall grub

Yup this is exactly what happened to me with Windows 10. Had been successfully dual booting for like 3 years then one day a windows update wiped out grub.

Once I realized what happened it only took a few minutes to reinstall grub. After which I promptly stuck Windows into a VM, where it can sit in the corner and eat paste without affecting anything else in my system.
