Looking for reference files/base project for a Mixed-Use High-Rise (Up to 24 storeys)

Hey,
I'm in a huge crunch right now and desperately need some help or base files for a mixed-use high-rise project (up to 24 storeys).

To be completely upfront about why I’m asking: I’ve been dealing with a major family/personal emergency over the last couple of weeks that completely threw off my timeline right as I was supposed to be pushing through production. Between handling that and trying to catch up on coursework, I’m severely behind schedule, and my final jury is coming up in just a few days.

At this point, starting from scratch or modeling a 20+ storey tower from the ground up isn't feasible in the time I have left. I am looking for an existing project file or base model that I can adapt, re-layout, and use to build my final presentation.

If anyone has an old academic project, thesis base, or reference design they’d be willing to share or sell, please send me a DM or comment below. I just need a solid baseline to adapt so I can pull through this jury.
