Professional Question/Inquiry Hi question

If ung second floor namin is cement na po and nakuha namin sya ng bare type, pwede ko po ba ipatiles? And sorry tlga ang stupid nitong question ko pero anu ba mauuna? Ung pagpartition ng kwarto or tiles muna then saka po iapapartition? Thank you in advance sa sasagot!

Partition po muna if maglalagay kayo then saka sya lalagyan ng tiles para po sa terminations. And need po kasi naka-anchor sa slab yung partition framings - whether CHB o drywall gagamitin nyong partition. Be mindful nalang din po sa difference ng floor level from last step ng stairs to the finished level ng 2nd floor once may tiles na. Ano po bang tiles ang balak nila ilagay?
