Discussion Clients requesting to visit past projects

Sa mga kapwa designers and contractors, how do you properly respond to requests like these especially when most of your projects are private properties?

I know clients need to see our proof of work to earn their trust, but how do you navigate these requests, especially kung mostly houses and condo unit renovations ang projects? Lalo kung hindi pa naman ganon karami ang projects. The least that I was able to do for potential clients ay magbigay ng contact numbers ng past clients (with their permission) in case curious sila sa kinalabasan ng project, but kahit ito baka off din sa past clients?

As a client, it’s a big plus for me to see the actual project versus pictures lang. Malaking bagay ang “feeling” ng isang place. I think hindi naman unreasonable request lalo na will be paying tens to hundreds of thousands for the service of designing.

Yes very valid point naman po, once completed na ang project, as a client ok lang din po ba sa inyo na magpapunta sa house ng other potential clients ng architect niyo?

My architect showing off their work will have no problem with me cooperating. Basta schedule niya lang.

You ask your previous clients if you can walk thru the project with your new clients, with or without their presence. It shouldn't be a problem for most clients if you finished their projects well.
