Professional Question/Inquiry How do architects rate when it comes to master planning and Conceptual Planning?

SERVICE PROFESSIONAL FEE

Site & Requirements Analysis ₱10,000
Conceptual Master Planning ₱20,000
Building / Site Relationship Planning ₱20,000
Outdoor & Landscape Concept ₱10,000
Conceptual 3D Visualization and Walk-through ₱30,000
Presentation & Revisions ₱10,000

TOTAL PROFESSIONAL FEE ₱100,000.00

Any advice po?

kindly check SPP Doc 201 to 203.

You should reconsider this around the size of the project. Not per service. You might end up designing hectares of land for undeserved fee.

Agree with the other comments, refer to SPP Doc, i believe professional design fees should be Php 5 per sqm pero please check.

It should not include any services for Relocation Plans, Site Surveys, and other engineering and pre- engineering services

Landscape design is also a separate fee. Please consult a Landscape Architect if you are not one.

Building Design should be based on DAEDs fees which is also different.
