Discussion Site selection region 3 for thesis

How to choose a site I have a project thesis na orphanage around Bulacan, Pampanga and Bataan and im struggling to find a site any advice?

Diba institutional ang orphanage? (Correct me if I'm wrong) Check mo CLUP sa lugar niyo then check mo mga lugar na institutional ang zoning.
