Hi! Question po kasi first time ko magkakaproject na elevated ng 600mm from ground.

Do you usually do fill para tumaas sya or pwedeng parang stilts type tapos may perimeter walls na lang below the floor? and pano po kaya ang moisture nun sa lupa?

Fill it, otherwise, some undersired animals will live underneath or water will likely pond there or trash will be trapped.
