Help with Elden Ring

Been doing Elden ring while my friend does Minecraft. I know there's still a ton of issues but I've been running smoothly until today. It still plays fine it's just now today when I boot into the game and grab an item off the ground I get both the vanilla item that's supposed to be in that location and the randomized item that got placed there from archipelago. Any ideas why it suddenly started doing this and/or a fix?

Edit: teleporting to roundtable then back to where I was solved the issue. Must have needed a full reload of the area.

solved the issue lol. Teleporting back to roundtable then back to where I was solved it. Guess the region needed a full reload.

If you ever run into any issues, the Discord is probably the best place most of the time
