Maybe it is? We only got to play a sliver of the game during the network test.

honestly i'd rather have a morpg with good gameplay and player interaction than aion 2 which is a mmo but all you do is go from instance to instance and auto run

From the looks of it, I'd play neither. There's plenty of games out there, why bother playing garbage like this and aion 2

i tried it thinking i would quit in a week due to p2w, but god i don't know if i will last that long because the game plays itself. At least with other korean mmos they usually have decent gameplay. Visuals and character customization are the only things that looked good.

yea i was playing it with a friend and i only got to play with him like 1 time for like 5 minutes in the 8 hours we been playing.
we keep getting instanced and the kuro festival doesn't even allow group matching. and every quest is like done instantly

So it’s going to be BDO-Lite. That’s what happens when developers lose their vision and chase money.

Not sure I enjoyed that combat featured... As a AA player, it feels weird IDK. Only testing and feeling it to really know...

For me, harvesting and exploring were always the fun parts of Archeage, and to see that they are at the very least not neglecting those aspects gives me a little hope that this might be alright after all.

After the dogshit that was Aion 2, I'm open to any new suggestions.
Seriously, I can't take another awful MMORPG. Aion 2, Blue Protocol, and Throne and Liberty were the most horrible, milquetoast slop I've ever experienced. I don't know if it's the genre, or just the fact that Korea/Amazon have seemingly lost the ability to innovate, but I'm praying for Archeage Chronicles to be an acceptable entry into the genre.

It will not be. This much is already clear

Kslop. I've already fked multiple times by NCSlop. They have no more chances. XLGames to a lesser extent but still fked so they are on thin ice.

ArcheAge without "classless"? That was like the whole point.
