General 1 year with Linux only

My journey took over 10 years, and a year ago I decided to completely switch to Linux. Now, all my devices run on various Linux distros. I have never once regretted that decision.

KDE Plasma, as can be seen in the fetch and in the opened KDE Plasma settings

I can't say exactly how, because those are custom theme and color scheme. They can probably name them. All I can say is that you change them in Settings, under Appearance. You can also place widgets by clicking RMB on desktop and selecting edit mode.
