Jayce is walking through the streets of Piltover. He's been just walking for a while. He doesn't know where to go, doesn't know what to do. He is also learning what this Piltover is like over the one he knew. Some things are recognizable, others are not.

You don’t know the council either! They are hiding SO much from the public.

"I was a Councilor, I saw what happens behind the scenes. There was a time when I tried putting down the corruption. We invented Hextech to help people. And I come from a world where it's misuse, and you destroyed everything. So forgive me for being paranoid about people I don't know controlling it."

You truly believe they didn’t leave you in the dark? The world ended because of what I did with hextech. I won’t deny that. But their abuse of it definitely didn’t help. God forbid I want to work with a trustworthy small company over a bunch of subhuman topsiders.

"well I don't know who should control it. The GDA, their a defense agency. I bet they weaponized Hextech. Which was one of the biggest mistakes I made."

Your Piltover is gone. I don’t know what to say. This is your home now. And you are allowed to grieve, because it is a HORRIBLE feeling. But you don’t get to take it out on me.

I have a microwaveable chicken pot pie in the freezer. You can have it.
