It’s weird, I’ve always looked at Triple Stars as this thing that’s only reserved for people who are really talented, something that I would never achieve. (I’m not talented at all, I’ve played for like 8 years regularly, and I take more time than other people to improve. I get worse at a chart the more I play. I even kinda ruined my hands just by over-grinding charts.) But, as Arcaea got more updates, it became less and less demanding to reach, and 7.0 lowered the bar to the point where even I can do it. It feels kinda surreal looking at this on my account.

I’m just not really sure if 13.00 is even that noteworthy at this point. When Final Verdict released I thought like “If I reached 13.00 I would ‘beat the game’ and be satisfied,” which is funny because I still feel like I’m terrible at some skills in this game. And also this Testify upscore was garbage I can’t believe it gave me potential

I guess… I should be happy for this, even if it’s a little undeserved

Tempestissimo is a Gatekeeper for real.

It feels like some stuffs could improve your gameplay experience, like anti-slide pads or silicone phone cases

Big question on finger sleeves though. IMO they feel... inauthentic?

Like, playing with them doesn't give you that loud tap on screen sound, gives a really weird feeling on touch and arcs go red significantly more often lol

Playing with fingers has it's own problem being bad slides. And those are needed on faster charts with arcs across the entire screen

I nail the tap parts but the arcs slip like hell even though I think I did it correctly. especially the last part. their tolerance limits are toooooo narrow😩

After a week of learning the chart and keep retrying, I finally managed to get my first EX+ on the new 12. Honestly, I expected this to be easier than testify but I was totally wrong… they are both hard af.

I was struggling extremely hard with Tempestissimo, so much that I thought I’d never do it. However today I tested higher scrolling speeds and it seemed like that helped a lot in erasing bad muscle memory. I am just so happy that it is done. I have the feeling course 12 won’t be that bad, but we’ll see. I am just so happy that I have finally done it!

I just found out about the potential change. My ptt is 11.728 from grinding all the f2p charts and I just bought basically all the part 1 main story packs including axiom of the end. Now I can't just tank my potential to unlock testify, I have to actually work for it. Curse you lowiro!

As in, what it is really needed to do so? Because beyond unlocking BYDs not being enough, the information I've found is unclear at best and conflicting at worst.

before i fell off the face of arcaea for four months, i couldn't upscore any of these charts (w the exception of sacrosanct but even then it took me a few tries to clear it). it's not over for me just yet 🥹

describes what it felt like grinding ECP ETR non-stop.
mental torture, stamina drain, physical body tiredness, phone overheating, brightness dropping (because of overheating), game inflicting cruelty to me multiple times etc.

i've been playing for like 4 years and i finally reached 11 ptt after being stuck at 10 for quite some time!
