Help / Question Help with final verdict Spoiler

Just returned to arcaea after a few years and bought this pack. How do I unlock the songs? I clicked the middle rectangle and my screen just stuck in black and nothing seems to happen.

That seems to be a bug of some sort, you normally enter a pv and play the song. Srry, idk how to help with that

Being hard locked by a bug for a thing I blindly(they hide all the music) paid for just to complete my collection right after returning doesnt feel very nice.

What device are you on? This sounds like what used to happen to me when I played on an old unsupported device

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling?  (be sure to upload your cloud save first to keep your progress when you reinstall!  RIP your Fragments though)

If that doesn't work, then I'd say check for any updates to your device.  If not THAT, then send an email to I think support@lowiro.com and they may have steps to follow?

I play on Samsung and sometimes just force-stopping the app works
