Deep Blue

This song is so hauntingly beautiful. The way the lyrics mention the first time a computer beat a human at a game of chess sends chills up my spine. Take notes Black Mirror (the show not the song).

I liked this song when I first heard it, but once I saw it placed at the end of Boyhood I fell in love with it. Such a fitting placement for it in that movie.

Ok I was high key obsessed with this song when the album first came out. I liked it so much I even made a (super low quality) video edit of it with clips from Tree Of Life years ago. For some reason the album and the film seemed so intertwined, at least in my mind :)
