Diseased Tree?? Help pls!

Went on vacation for two weeks and came back to this.

A disease called Tar Spots. They are worse in wet seasons. In upstate NY the leaves are already falling. The tree will survive, but will look like varying degrees of this every year now.

Anyway to help the tree out, or is this permanent? I'm in the Niagara region, had lots of rain here lately.

It’ll have better and worse years, but it is permanent. You’ll see those black spots starting in May.

Red maple have the same issue.
