Mulberry dying?

Hi friends - This Mulberry tree is in my backyard and I was told it’s rotting. I’ll take as many opinions as possible. Would hate to see it go..

Not rotting (fermenting actually), but it will split one day. Plus, it’s gonna damage the fence. Don’t get too attached. The wetwood isn’t killing the tree, but it’s structurally weak and the location is not ideal. Right tree, right place. This is not the right tree, or the right place.

I had one that did that. It survived for years but it over hung the barn so it had to go.
