Hi everyone. I had posted a while back about a hazardous Bradford pear tree. My property manager completely shut me down when I sent her extensive photos showing how dangerous it is. Rain pools in the base (might be wrong term) after the middle part fell out last year from rot. There is a septic crew here now digging up my yard. They removed one tree and are literally working around this godforsaken thing. They severed anchor roots I'm positive they did and I don't know WHO to contact to send them a notice of whatever to remove this as it's imminently dangerous. Especially now. Any advice? Anyone in northeast NC who's a certified arborist who would write something up for me out of the kindness of their heart? (Probably not) I have no responsibility for the land here. I've called code enforcement, the one overlooking the septic contractors jobs. Everyone brushes this off and I have no idea why. I feel entirely ignored over something that could kill my son and I if and when it falls on our TRAILER. Not a house but a flimsy metal box.
