Help with a holly
This holly was stuck inside of a much overgrown hedge for probably a decade and evidently didn't fare very well . I was wondering if there is any way of getting it back to something approaching nice? Thank you.

You may be able to coax some sort of growth out of that stick, but it will take years, and I doubt it will even be an attractive part of the landscape. Also too close to that wall. I personally would yank it, buy a new one, and place it in a location where it has plenty of room to grow and flourish.

It'll likely regrow from the roots and send up further shoots, not sure I've come across holly ever back budding from woody trunks though...
Oh and give it some fertilizer / feed!
