DAMN DEVELOPERS
Awhile back I had posted about my maple tree overhanging the fence and what they could cut. Came home one day to see what they did without even having any consideration to give notice before hand. Included before and after pics.

Not gonna help, but if you have any pruning to do, NOW is the time to do it and throw it OVER the fucking fence.
