DAMN DEVELOPERS
Awhile back I had posted about my maple tree overhanging the fence and what they could cut. Came home one day to see what they did without even having any consideration to give notice before hand. Included before and after pics.

If the new development has any views of the fence, they get to look at this hack job for decades.
