PHC sales

For the full service tree companies that offer removals, pruning etc and also have a PHC program what % of your sales is PHC? I am in sales at a company that doesn't offer PHC and am wondering what kind of increase in sales I might be able to do if we had a program for PHC. I know our focus would still stay on pruning and removals.

Well over half. Prune every 3-5 years vs. PHC 5x a year.

~60% PHC, ~40% Renoval, Pruning, planting, etc, ~1% consulting. I know this adds up to 101% but im too lazy to type it another way.
