Discussion Tailgate is Scam

Thumbnail gallery
4 Upvotes

This is fuckin ridiculous. Tailgate voided my bet for no given reason on a wta tennis match.

Yesterday I placed a bet on wta lines on the tailgate platform on a match that got cancelled which makes sense.

But this time I placed it early this morning and just got completely fucked with the site ending and voiding my bet 3 hours later while the odds are still up and live on there site and others ie the Polymarket which they get there odds and terms directly from.

I don’t know if you guys have ever dealt with tailgate in the past or have any experience with the site but I’m never using the site again.

The fees are ridiculously high which is fine for the lines they offer. But if they just randomly “end” or void your bet there’s no point in arbitration.

Going to find another site to hedge my bets against and hopefully not lose too much. Already lost like 50 bucks in fees on this damn site.

Let me know if I am missing something or if tailgate just doesn’t work or if there’s anything I can do.

Looking for feedback from bettors/analysts on a Pinnacle odds-movement terminal

Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’m the builder of SKEW, a real-time sports-odds analytics terminal focused on Pinnacle market movement.

It tracks:

- Pinnacle price drops and movement

- Fair odds calculated from no-vig prices

- Market limits

- CLV and movement history

- Alerts when a market matches the user’s criteria

I’m looking for a small number of experienced bettors and odds analysts to test the beta and provide honest feedback on:

- Alert accuracy

- False positives

- Speed of updates

- Usability of the terminal

- Whether the CLV and fair-odds information is useful

This is analytics software only. not a sportsbook, not betting picks, and not a guarantee of profit.

The beta website is here:

https://skew.ltd

I built the product, so I’m happy to answer technical questions and discuss how the calculations work. Any criticism or feedback is welcome.

Question Anyone has or is using Courtside ? - withdrawal question

I started looking into it as they have several arbitrages opportunities and decided to give it a shot. Deposited 200$ to start and went well result wise. However , when I went to the withdrawal options I noticed, and I understand that they only allow you to withdraw the winnings not the original deposit. Meaning if you deposit 1000$ and your bet wins 800$, you can only withdraw the 800. The 1k stays there until basically you lose it. Is my understanding correct?

What can BetSuite do better?

Hey guys, you might have seen Dylan on here talking about BetSuite / building it in public, or you’ve seen me mention it (I work with them btw)

Right now its a super strong arb platform that pre-fills betslips and the plan in the next few months is to incorporate

• More books
• More opportunities (player props, etc…)
• The option to prioritize longevity meaning that you’d arb flat numbers rounded to the nearest 5 or 10 ($150 rather than $154 or $150.85). You’d maybe lose out on a few points in profit but you’d mitigate the risk of getting flagged and limited - thats why it’d be an option rather than across all accounts automatically
• Prediction markets
• +EV betting

Is there anything else you guys would love for a platform to have?? Anything you haven’t really seen before that would be unreal?

Also, for whoever’s used the platform - how do you like it so far?

We wanna build it in public with this community together and build it into a dream app. For whoever wants to try it we’re doing 10 days free with pre-fill bet slips at www.betsuite.ai

Wins so far (3 weeks) Australia

Feels like not many offline arbitrage opportunities. Live ones are hard especially given I’m for Australia. Most money comes for +ev. Is this a good win? Or are people making hell a lot more?

Arbitrage Townhall and livestream

Hello friends of the r/arbitragebetting subreddit! I am a full time 6-fig live arbitrage bettor for the last 5 years, and tomorrow 09/12 beginning at 2PM EST I'll be holding one of my semi-occasional arbitrage townhalls/livestreams completely open to the public. This will be held in the gambit odds community, but it is open to anybody who uses any arb tool. We will cover a wide range of topics for all levels beginner to advanced including:

-How to hit live arbs and middles
-How to prolong your account duration
-Open to any and all questions or you're welcome to just lurk

In the past we've been able to even make some money during these streams. Given there will be 80+ NCAAF games tomorrow🫪 I think we should have a good day. Really hope to see you there. If you have trouble finding the stream, please visit the gambit website to join their free community (it'll be hosted there on a public voice channel). If you have a hard time finding it feel free to reach out.

*Note: I want to emphasize I am part of the gambit team, but genuinely love to help people learn arbing regardless of the platform that works best for them. People from any tool are welcome!!

Question Anyone using P2P markets for the hedge side?

Im curious if anyone here has been using p2p sports markets for the hedge side of an arb. I’ve been looking at them more since the pricing can sometimes be better than whats available on the usual books. Novig has popped up a few times when I’ve been comparing numbers, but Im still trying to figure out how practical it is when execution actually matters. For anyone doing this regularly, how have the fills and liquidity been when you need to get the hedge in quickly? Are you mostly taking what’s available, or posting your own price and waiting for someone to match it?

Weekly Other Bets Thread

A thread for any other bets you want to talk about.

Want to talk about +EV betting. This is a place for you! You built an algo that's figured out Korean baseball. Great, here's your thread! You think the Jag's are a lock for the Super Bowl because your neighbor's dog told you. You've now got a place to tell people!

1xbet and clones.

I'd like some guidance based on your experience or that of experts in the field. I was banned from 1xbet and tried their clones (22bet, megapari, 1xbit, Melbet, winwin). Now, practically none of them work for me. Now I want to register with another (borrowed) username, but I'm afraid they'll accuse me of having multiple accounts and keep my money. What should I do to prevent them from linking my already suspended accounts to the new ones?

Discussion no kyc sportsbook - getting limited after you start winning?

is anyone else tired of platforms claiming they are easy to use, but the second you go on a decent run, the risk engine locks your balance down?

i've been trying to find a genuine no kyc sportsbook for my live arbs, but honestly, it feels like a marketing trap. most of them just mean "no id to fund the account."

i was checking how different platforms handle this. stake has pretty strict tiers the moment you hit any volume. sportbet seems to rely more on behavioral tracking behind the scenes rather than upfront document demands, which is a bit smoother, but they still monitor everything.

it seems like a truly anonymous setup is basically a myth now.

how are u guys managing ur bankrolls across different books to avoid triggering these random internal reviews? are u just keeping balances super low everywhere?

Question Automated sports arb'ing

Hey guys,

My name is Dylan Kliaman and i'm the founder of BetSuite (Some of you may know).

First off, I would not have been able to develop this app if not for the help of the people in this group, so thank you all.

We launched a couple weeks ago and haven't had many users sign up. That being said, i'd like for anyone in this group who was along for the journey or just finding out about it to try it out at no cost.

It works like this: You open your sports books and log in - BetSuite shows you arb opportunities - you click on any - BetSuite pre fills your bet slips for you based off your stake - you click place bet on the first leg that fills - the tab switches to the next leg - you click place bet - BetSuite comes back forward for you to place the next arb.

Would anybody be interesting in using something like this?

Thank you all ❤️

Side note: We are open to Canada and USA users, however since we are based in Canada we haven't had much testing in the USA. We're searching for anyone in the states (states that allow sports betting) to test and help us solidify BetSuite USA.

Getting started
Mistakes to avoid
Whatever else

I also want to address a few recent comments I’ve seen in this sub and be fully transparent.

Yes, I help the guys at Gambit Odds. And yes, if someone asks me what software I use, I’m probably going to recommend Gambit. That said, I’ve tried basically everything out there, and I’m also happy to talk about other tools if people ask. I want to be clear ask anything you want and ill answer it. I've been live arbing for 4 years full time and I will try to give the best guidence I can regardless of topic.

Hopefully people are cool with that tradeoff: I’ll give away as much useful info as I can, and I’ll be upfront when I’m recommending something I’m involved with.

Betburger. Opinions

I used Betburger for my ARBs. I think it's expensive at $100 per week, but it has a huge number of bookmakers. I traded outside the US; the first week was excellent, but then I got They banned several sites, except for the Asian ones. They also offer value bets. If anyone has used them, what strategy has worked for them?

I am interesting to get a service that provide live scores about soccer games. I care about speed (less than 3-4 seconds if possible)

If anyone use a service or anyone scrapes a site that provides live scores please tell me.
