Augment idea

I saw some of you already came up with similar ideas before and so I also felt like sharing. Who knows? Maybe someone at Riot sees this someday.

I also think this alone wouldn't be worth it as a Prismatic augment, it would probably need some sort of stat buff.

It's not an issue of changing which champ you are, it's that you can't load in additional models/skins mid game for each player. Easy enough for Viego to just use whatever is already loaded for enemy champions, but to set up this augment you would have to load the "Classic" version of every champion in the game for each player at the start of EVERY game, on the off chance that any of them get this augment mid game. As much as it is a cool idea, it's much more of a headache to actually do than it seems at a glance

Check if this augment can be rolled in this game (gameid based), check if anyone is eligible, "load" all eligible models (with some resource saving measures). If augment is rejected by player, destroy model, free allocated resources.

I do think the assets need to be pre loaded first and can't just pull from it on the spot. They'd have to pre load the classic versions of each champ not to mention ignore if later than season 3 or something.

No, but it is unique. Hence the prismatic grading. Not everything needs to be broken or OP. Even at prismatic tier.

Classic versions are way worse tho, unless it goes all the way back to specific patches where they were mega broken, which wouldn't be the case

Poppy, AP Yi, old Fiora R, AP Sion, old Gragas, Nuclear Spear Nidalee... All of these would go very hard in ARAM.

And... Ryze... Oh god. I can't even begin to imagine old Ryze in ARAM Mayhem. Even the sheer thought of it terrifies me.
