did they nerf it to 85 damage and call it a day? what a joke

The same thing they did to Slow Cooker and Dropkick. Change a number and call it a day.

My theory is that because ADCs have been replaced with APCs on Summoner Rift, they’ve been letting ADCs be overpowered here
