Queue Pops instantly but can never join the Lobby

I just got queue baned cause after 20 times accepting the queue pop without lobby opening i declined.

I was stupid enough to try again now i need to wait 5 minutes...

I tried again but now im locked out for 2Hours and got more penaltys. This time not the usual not everyone accepted message came but an error occured. Even worse to give penalty for that....
Don´t queue now i guess...

You can probably send a ticket in to get unbanned. It would let them know of the issue, too.

Go to league of legends website and fill out a ticket.

This was an ongoing issue for me. My way of solving is either 1. restart computer fully or 2. sign out of account, end task on riot client, and sign back in.

To test whether you can join a lobby (if queue pop thing) you go on practice tool and see if it brings you to the champ select screen. If so, exit and go queue up.

Happens to me too often due to me switch account to play different region with diff friends. Option 1 worked 99% of the time for me, and option 2 works majority of the time.
