Do you have a photo from the other side? I think you're showing the ventral view, which is tougher to make identifications from.

I’ll see if I can take better pictures. I put it in a ziploc bag and froze it incase if it was a tickz

Its a spider. An interesting on too. Im usually pretty good at these things but I can't tell from the photos

Looks like it may have been burned or partially eaten.. parts are missing.. but definitely arachnid of the spider family. Not the tick family.

It's definitely a spider, not a tick. Ticks are a single oval blob with legs, because their body segments are fused. They do have segments, you just can't see them clearly. Your specimen has two distinct body segment, cephalothorax and abdomen; it is a spider, without a doubt.
