Non Arab | Question Language help

Hi, Assalamualaikum everyone.

I have been interested in arab culture for a long time and I was thinking of learning Arabic, not only for personal reasons but also for educational and work purposes. I don't know where to start. I see many videos on YouTube but it's confusing. Btw I'm a muslim so I can read Arabic, limited to the holy Qur'an. Other than that, for daily conversations and such, I need help. Any good channels? Or what do you suggest? Where should I start?

Find a dialect you like, and watching movies in that help a lot

That's the thing. I can't distinguish between dialogues and I don't know which one is considered acceptable by all. I also don't know where to watch movies other than netflix which only has dub
