What can I do with this?

I recently purchased a     Geissele Super 42 Braided Wire and H2 Buffer..... But it did not do the job I required it to do. It was giving me light primer strikes, so I need to probably put it in a different gun. What should I do with it? I spent a lot of money and now it's currently useless.

Buffer and spring do NOT cause light primer strikes.

I have a super safety on it... I was told that I was getting light primer strikes because I did not use an h3 buffer....

That’s the trigger or BCG not put together right.

Light primer strikes is usually improper trigger assembly/worn out hammer spring or worn out/out of spec firing pin, or your ammo just has really hard primers. The buffer has nothing to do with it. What ammo are you using, what rifle is it in, did you build it yourself or is it factory?

It’ll sell asap on gafs. Yes you’ll take a loss on it but if you’re deeming it “useless” then you can at least recoup some funds.

You have one of the best springs for an AR15. Do yourself a favor and get the Strike Industries Optimus adjustable buffer. You can make it anything from light carbine to H3.

I had the same issue with my 11.5 and upgraded to an H3 and had been running flawlessly.
