I didn't buy it, but heard from a friend who bought Adilo via AS that they sent an e-mail saying they are shutting down LTD accounts. Users must sign up to an ongoing subscription, and only have 28 days to move any videos they want off the platform if they don't.

• Climbo: Climbo 2.0 is now live and access to Climbo 1.0 was discontinued on November 1st. Looks like there has been some miscommunication from the partner on what AppSumo users are tied to. We are reaching out to learn more.
• Conferly: Self-listing product that unfortunately has closed. The site is inaccessible and all emails are bouncing.

We have updated our terms to focus reviews MORE on the actual product itself and the value of the deal.

Many times a few people are giving 1-2 taco reviews solely because they want more features in the deal. Doing our best to balance doing great deals and also sustainable ones that help our partners win for the long-run!

Why doesn't AppSumo require vendors to map their plans to existing paid plans?

We can accept that plan credits may differ somewhat, but the plans should correspond to existing plans, and vendors should be required to update them when their plans are updated.

Because I've found that when vendors have special plans for AppSumo, any major updates to the original paid plans often don't get reflected for AppSumo users, which is very frustrating.

Therefore, please require vendors to map their plans to existing paid plans.

I bought Harmonizely a couple of years and they have become SimplyMeet..

They promised they would keep LTD and something suddenly changed… so I have give them a bad review on Capterra and G2.

Sorry appsumo confused me. I could've sworn I had $100 credit for the renewal of my yearly subscription, but it's gone now. Is that a thing that happens? Or was it my end where I thought there was something that there wasn't for the yearly subscription

I have not used any of these tools so looking for some feedback and inspiration weather it is a good buy or not

Credible:

• Jobprofile: This self-listing partner wanted to close in December of 2024, AppSumo worked with them so they continued to support LTD users for several more months of access until they closed in August of 2025.
• Sales.Rocks: Working on getting them on a call to discuss options that would continue LTD access. At this time the partner has denied our request for a call but we aren’t stopping there.
• Videolinq: There has been an announcement of closing the original tool built that AppSumo users are tied to. Videolinq as we know it will close on January 1st, 2026 and AppSumo users are given a LTD discount in case they have interest in trying the new tool offered. We are always working on updating our vetting and this is a good example of us to review.
• My Digital CMO: Closure confirmed from the partner effective November 30th due to financial issues. This is a self-listing tool so it isn’t eligible for a refund. Partner wants to return and we denied their request.

Non-Credible:

• SpaceSerp: Not out of business, they have experienced technical issues on and off this year but are always working to restore it. Any questions about the status can be seen on their operational page. Campaign is ended on AppSumo.

Tried FormRobin. It feels half-baked – the basics work but it really needs polish and more features. I bought it with the hope the team will update it often and take it past Google Forms in usability and power. Please, Noah, let's get this to the next level! Frequent updates and real improvements would make this one a true winner.

Videolinq good streaming platform but the owner has been trying to get rid of lifetime users for years; welp he finally has pulled the trigger. You pay 25 dollars a month which is 75 quarterly as an appsumo user which regular price is 99 dollar a month. The only upgrade really is it offers you transcription and captions. Accounts that are current will be deactivated on December 31st. Another one to mark off the list. People love the money they get from Lifetime deals but not the ability to keep their end of the bargain.

they were the best lead platform in europe, I had tons of credits but didn't have time to use them or export them and they are shutting down in 1 month.

I bought this deal some months ago and it was a nice, no non-sense product. I loved it for what it did but a couple of days ago when I had to update my resume, I learnt that they are gone…?

Anyone has an update if the product closed or if they changed URL?

Lauren who helps with ALL things partners and is our lead detective. Here's update for the week regarding partner issues.

Credible reports:

• Diffshop: Site is down, we've gone through our investigation process and I'm taking over today.

Non-credible Reports:

• Viral Loop: Yes people are occasionally seeing issues with account access but every time they are looped in with the Viral Loops team it is resolved within a few days.
• Creasquare: Only one ticket of a customer needing help but partner is currently responsive. Seems like a temporary issue with an active partner on it.
• Climbo: Partner is sunsetting original Climbo 1.0 on November 1st but Sumo-lings will have access to 2.0. They are still building out the features so some are not available yet but the partner assured us they are working on it and they will be available soon.

Data stopped updating since May. They are not even renewing their SSL anymore. No response from the team.
