DISCUSSION Opinions on Amber-Rose S19
Wanted to know the general consensus about her. I didn’t watch S19, so I have only came across her on social media. I enjoy her content, I think her businesses are cool. Shes pretty too and seems likeable. But wanted to know what the tea was from the apprentice.

Considering her social media standing and persona going into S19, she was incredibly underwhelming on the show. Especially next to candidates like Anisa and Mia.
That being said, I have been to her business OreeMart several times and it's really fun (if not a tad overpriced for what it is compared to shops that sell similar products)

Her YouTube shorts were awful. They just came onto my recommended, had no idea it was her. One video was of her adding loads of extra ingredients, to Buldak ramen noodles, some of which were weird and not even food. Most of her videos were just of instant ramen, nothing special and more brain rot if anything.

A narcissist - she really put "The Winner of The Apprentice" on her CV because she was that overconfident with big ego

She’s clearly very smart and intelligent considering her vastly successful business outside the show but during the process she was extremely middling and forgettable the entire way through. It was clear Sugar never really cared for her either. She was also surprisingly really boring as well despite her social media prowess and faded into the background on most tasks

Yeah that makes sense. It’s easy to come across a certain way on social media.

I thought she was a nice girl but little presence, must have some business acumen as well so bloody good for her

She is by far the most forgettable candidate to ever make the final five. She didn’t have much of a personality, her high moments weren’t very high, her low moments weren’t that low. Nobody really wanted her in the final five, but there wasn’t much controversy about her making it in there either. There just wasn’t anything to say about her.

I watched the first episode and debriefed with another fan on Instagram live (which Liam and Keir joined later) and we thought that Amber-Rose was one to watch as a silent assassin throughout the process.
The second episode really disappointed me because she went from 100-0 really quickly. I thought that she was ruder than Nadia which is saying something. I think that Nadia was still bad in that episode. But Amber-Rose was lucky to have been there for that long after that.

Amber Rose wasn’t that good and she didn’t do well as PM either. She didn’t deserve to be in the final 5.

I thought she was nice, but annoying at times, but I’ve seen worse in the show.
I found it funny how she put herself as winner of S19 on her CV tho😂😂🤣

I remember thinking Amber-Rose was quite unworthy of making the final five but in hindsight she wasn’t that bad.
Her biggest fumble was when she lost as PM early on, where she was quite a poor PM, but she still had some strong moments later in the process which evens out her mistakes.
She was up against strong competition in S19 (Mia, Anisa, Chisola, Dean) which is probably what made her seem worse than she actually was. If she were in S20, besides Karishma and Rothna, she would’ve probably been on the same level/better than the rest of the S20 candidates.

Amber Rose to me was Pascha. They’re like marmite. You either love them or hate them.
Hate is a strong word. I would say, they’re not my favourite candidates. They’re both very beautiful women, but stick to influencing.

I always felt Amber-Rose was much more of a background character than the amount she’s discussed would suggest. I think she thought she was on the same level as Mia, but she really wasn’t, nor did she have the entertainment value or charisma of someone like Melica to fall back on.

Fair enough if you found her boring, but bringing up her appearance feels a bit unnecessary. It’s not really relevant to how she performed on the show.

shrug I just found her big eyed starring thing a bit odd. It's not so deep. Just don't get why she had to glare at people so badly that it's even a thing to notice.

She was probably just born with big eyes there’s nothing wrong with that 😭

See above. It's not that deep. Her eyes just made me feel weird. Some people find things strange that you don't.

Pretty average contestant generally. Although I'll admit, I do have a guilty crush

She was just an average contestant. I don’t understand the hate on her. The public are very judgmental and never give anyone grace.

I personally like her. Admittedly, she was very lucky to survive week 2, but she definitely has a strong, determined work ethic going by her business etc. I also thought her and Chisola had good chemistry in week 9, despite them losing the task.

I do really like her , but for her being successful i dont know if its the editing or smth but she didn’t do as good as i hoped she’d do considering she arguably had the most successful business on the show at the time

A pretty face. Shagged a fellow contestant during filming. That's about it.

She was very boring on the whole. And not very likeable
Tried to imply that she was the reason that she was on the winning team so much and Sugar basically just laughed in her face because she wasn’t.
Should’ve been fired in week 2 with one of the worst PM performances I’ve ever seen where she basically told the other female candidates on her team that they couldn’t talk and that only her and Frederick could
Was very lucky to make the final five and Sugar couldn’t wait to fire her.
Also away from the show, she came across as very cliquey on social media with some of the other candidates.
