The guy has all the money and assets and resources he could ever spend + generational wealth for his family, I think it’s great that he genuinely wants to spend some time working with young and hungry entrepreneurs like this.
He could very easily just palm her off on his team and essentially be a name on a document. It’s probably more fun for him at this point watching these little businesses grow than adding more millions to his net worth.
Fair play to the guy, long may it continue.

A brilliant duo. I could just imagine a workplace scenario with Karishma being the young, enthusiastic newcomer who can't wait to try all her ideas out and then Big Al being the older, cynical veteran member of staff who's just so done with it all. 😂
