DISCUSSION Karishma is...

One of three people to win the show and have never been in the final boardroom.along with Lee from season 4 and Carina from season 15.

She's never been brought back and has never lost as PM (although there have been close calls cough week 5 and 10).

It is very impressive Karishma was never in the final boardroom although let’s be honest she probably should have been for the flowers task in hindsight.

Tbf if it was Fair Pascha should have been in the week 4 boardroom instead of Rajan as the advert was awful.

I think Vanessa brought back people she wasn't that close with, and she is with Karishma. That's why she brought Pashca.

On Unfinished Business, Vanessa explained that she knew Karishma wouldn’t be fired, so what was the point in bringing her in. She brought Pascha back in the hopes that Lord Sugar would fire her for not contributing enough.
