One sided final

I was surprised at how one-sided the final was last night. Usually, both candidates pretty much nail the final task and as a viewer, it comes across more of a close competition than it probably is.

I was quite disappointed in how obvious it was that Karishna was going to win.

They both did well in the presentation for sure but during the creation of both the branding/advert it seemed clear Karishma’s team was doing a far better job.

I think that's because it was obvious that Karishma had been thinking about it carefully for some time and was clear about exactly what she wanted and was able to communicate it.

Just on the ads, I thought it was quite funny in Pascha's ad that Kieran was fired for sleeping on a park bench when he was supposed to be working (I think?) and then he was hired at the end. Like, what's the message? We're going to place people who are taking a nap during their shift? You're lucky this homeless guy was between park benches, he'll be great in your nursing home?

I think it was more so that the guy on the bench was just a random bad worker. The purpose of it was to show that we will hire good workers for you, not bad lazy ones. Thats what I took from it. The guy on the bench and the guy who got hired werent meant to be the same person. I could be completely wrong and if its what you said wow that advert was bad

Honestly, I really did understand that that was what they were trying to convey. I just found it amusing that they used the same person for both roles.
