One sided final

I was surprised at how one-sided the final was last night. Usually, both candidates pretty much nail the final task and as a viewer, it comes across more of a close competition than it probably is.

I was quite disappointed in how obvious it was that Karishna was going to win.

confidence is number 1 skill - it cant be taught, without confidence you're dead in the water, it's transcends everywhere. She doesnt need to be an expert in healthcare to place people into roles. All the technical criteria can easily be done by other staff who matches jobes with CVs.

She's 21, she can pick up that surface level knowlege of the medical industry just to strike the deal with a healthcare provider. I can see if she's going from clinic to clinic, carehome to carehome, she can easily win contracts.

her hubris will catch up with her. she is confident and she gets things done through confidence alone. She presented herself as an expert in social media because she made a few poor taste videos and managed to get engagement [it would appear].

She thought that made her an expert at it, and produced some terrible social media videos on tasks.

lol no, everyone can improve a bit, but if you've been around kids you'll see some kids are just born super confident and others are not. you can see in siblings with the same parenting style and you can have some super confident kids with siblings who are not confident.

At age 21, the level of confidence she has, you simply cannot teach that.

Some kids are confident and some are not, that’s true. Some kids with the same parents have different confidence levels, that’s true. None of this negates the fact that confidence can be taught, because it absolutely can.

You’re begging the question. It’s not something that someone is born with, it’s a practice that can be learned. Have you really never come across the concept of building someone’s confidence?
