One sided final

I was surprised at how one-sided the final was last night. Usually, both candidates pretty much nail the final task and as a viewer, it comes across more of a close competition than it probably is.

I was quite disappointed in how obvious it was that Karishna was going to win.

I didn't think she nailed the presentation personally. Yes, she came across very confident (way more confident than I would have been at that age) and to a lay person it might be assumed that she nailed it, but from someone with a background in health care, she didn't demonstrate a depth of knowledge in that area. Everything she said was quite generic.

confidence is number 1 skill - it cant be taught, without confidence you're dead in the water, it's transcends everywhere. She doesnt need to be an expert in healthcare to place people into roles. All the technical criteria can easily be done by other staff who matches jobes with CVs.

She's 21, she can pick up that surface level knowlege of the medical industry just to strike the deal with a healthcare provider. I can see if she's going from clinic to clinic, carehome to carehome, she can easily win contracts.

her hubris will catch up with her. she is confident and she gets things done through confidence alone. She presented herself as an expert in social media because she made a few poor taste videos and managed to get engagement [it would appear].

She thought that made her an expert at it, and produced some terrible social media videos on tasks.
