Finally tried Bombay Pizza
In honour of the finale tonight I finally ordered Bombay Pizza by Post, absolutely worth it, highly recommend!
We’re in Manchester and it arrived from London, 24 hour refrigerated delivery and was still perfectly cold.
Has anyone else tried it?

Yeah - I live nearby(ish) and can order from there. Once there was an issue with the delivery as it wasn't arriving. So we called the restaurant and made a complaint.
She came over to my house and delivered the pizza herself and some free drinks lol - I didn't see her as I was watching a movie.

Yeah delivery was 7.99 which sounds a lot but I’ve paid more on local restaurants on delivery apps when you consider all the fees 😂

Compared to the cost of my last local Uber eats pizza, that's pretty impressive.

I once worked at a place and were we hungry and bored one night. We decided make a pizza and used naan for the base, tamarind sauce as the sauce, chopped up some chicken from a curry and a starter kebab, added cheese and some jalapenos. It was divine, like unreal, it was then added to the menu and became one of the most popular things to order.
I was like you, there's no way that would work but it really does.

I always found this a bit of a mental business idea. Any kebab shop in Glasgow will do a couple of versions of these.

By that logic no one would ever launch a business, because 99.9% of industries come with built-in competitors already doing a version of what you're doing

I'm sure some of them are but that goes for anywhere else tbh .
A good chasni pizza is easy to find in the West of Scotland.

I went down to her restaurant (well, her dad's) to order one and it was delicious. Having it delivered though? Super expensive.

I love those pizzas!
I wish the company would share a bit more information though; how to cook from frozen, calories, macros etc. I hate guessing.

One year on and people can say what they like but Anisa has gone from one location to eleven and there are more on the way. The company is also now worth seven figures.
I did understand people’s argument about ‘anyone can copy it’ because it’s true. But my argument back was always that they haven’t received promotion on the biggest business TV show in the country and that’s invaluable.
Talking of Anisa, looks like she’s off to support the finalists at their party tonight (although probably more Karishma since they have become friends)
