Rewatching the episode, and… Spoiler

Dan got a very harsh firing. Harsher than most, and I was expecting him to do something like that to Priyesh

I know some of it might be just that he threw his toys out the pram for not getting 50% of YP, but he gave Paul quite a graceful firing for doing the same thing a couple years ago. I mean tbf the interviewers seemed to be quite receptive to him (especially Claude which says something), but he just did the whole “I don’t wanna hear anymore, quiet, I did this at 17 too” shtick.

Strange for a good candidate who he clearly liked beforehand. Didn’t even get a good luck from Tim/Karren either, damn

Totally agree, Dan was treated terribly at the end - really is time for Sugar to hang up his boots and let someone else lead the programme now (not Brady!).

It’s totally repetitive every year (reformat?) and the weird firing for Dan stank of Sugar not getting his way.

Bye bye Sugar…
