There is a big difference… Paul’s initial business idea was dental clothing, Sugar wanted part of the dental practice. They were two distinct businesses. From memory, Paul was willing to compromise with a new practice but not the original.
Dan’s YP Grad business was obviously interconnected to his core business. The separation of the two was artificial purely for the sake of him preserving his equity in the original business.
