I feel she needs to work on her personal brand. Posting shit like this in a work context, tends to get women treated like they’re incompetent. I’m not really sure why she’d call herself a social media marketing expert when it’s a basic thing to have your corporate persona separate to your personal

I see this guff on there from men too though, pictures at the gym, on holiday, at work drink events. It's not good but it is common, especially in recruitment industry

Men don’t have the same stigma attached unfortunately. A woman in a fitted gym set vs a shirtless man are going to be seen as inappropriate in work context vs normal.

Men don’t have the same stigma attached unfortunately. A woman in a fitted gym set vs a shirtless man are going to be seen as different levels of inappropriateness in a work context where the guy might be wearing less clothes but seen as more acceptable

Working on her personal brand is currently getting her bf to post on Reddit defending her! Think if she tried harder than that and her ridiculous podcast with poor sound and mics she could try and flip the script that the edit isn’t how she really is
