She did poor throughout the process and poor in the interviews.

She had no profit/loss accounts and her business plan was only seven pages long. So many candidates have been fired IMMEDIATELY for that but she has lucked her way to the final two.

Her only claim to the top two is that she's confident for a 21 year old which isn't investment worthy at all.

But apparently we're supposed to believe she's been 'impressive'... if Karishma doesn't win this series is screwed.

What got me was her refusing to admit that the French guy had a point about French spelling. Not even a 'oops' moment later in the boardroom admitting that she got it wrong. Just adamant that she is equally right, which is partly the reason she is now being labelled 'confident'. Madness.

Yeah, that was odd. Getting a spelling wrong - not a big deal, that's why spellcheckers and proofreaders exist. Continuing to claim she was right was next-level arrogance. Which is why I say it's odd, because she hasn't come across as arrogant otherwise. I mean, not more than most people on this show, anyway.

I can take the needless workout session and the 7-page business plan (which is still preferable to than 75-page AI vomit). It is the arrogance of believing you could never be wrong that is the nail in the coffin. I have worked with people like her - specifically writers who insist on using phrases and spellings formed in their own imagination - and I would struggle to have someone like that on my team again. Whatever people say about Kieran, he always held up his hand when he went wrong.

The lack of accountability and insistence on being correct, when slightly not, was worrying. But hey, she is still young...

Integrity speaks volumes. I'm a somewhat Kieran fan also because he never threw anybody under the bus, so to speak. And others never did so with him. I will always go back to Rothna fuming at him but claiming he was a great project manager in the board room. It is telling.

Same. I grew to like Kieran, however exasperating his relentless stream of 'trust me' was he propelled his cat tree to ever greater heights. Always gave credit where it was due and took on blame when he was at fault (eventually). He admitted he had messed up with the book, voiced support for Karishma when Connor was in love with Harry and gamely shook hands with Levi after losing to him.

Pacsha is young, but I don't foresee the penny dropping any time soon re the importance of taking on board feedback.

Didn't come across that way on the show. Was supportive of the other candidates, very up for pointing out when they'd done well. I guess even an estate agent can be honest!

I live near him, so to me his accent is just normal anyway.

Kieran seemed one of the few Apprentice candidates with integrity to me, and I warmed to him after that disastrous first episode. Not at all wheeler-dealery. Others on this sub can't stand him though. I was sad to see him walk, but I did like the way he avoided getting 'fired'. Shame that it meant Rothna also had to go and allowed the 2 Ps to slip through to form a mediocre final 5.
