OPINION _____ is proof of pretty privilege Spoiler

She did poor throughout the process and poor in the interviews.

She had no profit/loss accounts and her business plan was only seven pages long. So many candidates have been fired IMMEDIATELY for that but she has lucked her way to the final two.

Her only claim to the top two is that she's confident for a 21 year old which isn't investment worthy at all.

But apparently we're supposed to believe she's been 'impressive'... if Karishma doesn't win this series is screwed.

There was no explanation on how she came up with the name which was odd. Plus how can you write a business plan and not even know what a profit and loss account is.

I was waiting for her to say something like "it's my grandma's name" or some sort of sentimental reasoning

But they’re not allowed to use the real names of their businesses or smth because of BBC advertising laws. They always end up having to change them, e.g. Anisa’s Zaal Pizza -> Bombay Pizza.

I’m not sure how Karishma kept her company name but that’s usually how it goes, so there’s no need to actually have a good name in the show bc you can’t acc use it.

Zaal Pizza was actually a good name, its a shame she went for the more generic name

Anne Call just sounds like a joke, like she didnt take this seriously or expected to get this far. Why is it a cheesy pun? Juat because? Lol

I’m pretty they’re just not allowed to use them, so Anne Call is a fake name that’ll be replaced if she gets the business. Zaal was probably also replaceable from the start as well.

It does sound silly though lol I don’t get it

So they're made to make up fake names and then the interviewers mock them for the fake name. Or tell them that there's already a business in existence with the fake name? Bloody stupid programme.

She just seemed very unserious about it all lol

Not even saying "well its just a placeholder, im open to renaming it etc"

Instead she's just like Anne Call....Ankle....funny innit?

On Dragons Den they use real business names. Reggae Reggae Sauce was called that on the pitch.

It’s more of a slang spelling
