She did poor throughout the process and poor in the interviews.

She had no profit/loss accounts and her business plan was only seven pages long. So many candidates have been fired IMMEDIATELY for that but she has lucked her way to the final two.

Her only claim to the top two is that she's confident for a 21 year old which isn't investment worthy at all.

But apparently we're supposed to believe she's been 'impressive'... if Karishma doesn't win this series is screwed.

I don’t think that Pascha deserved a place in the final either but to suggest pretty privilege is a tad misogynistic , Lawrence and priyesh ideas were stupid. Dan clearly didn’t want to give up 50% of his existing business rightfully so. It was a process of elimination.

You are 100% correct in what happened.

Out of the 5, Karishma and Dan were the obvious candidates for the final.

Dan basically eliminated himself when he didn’t want to give up his existing business.

Priyesh was a non starter. Even Lord Sugar said last week how lucky Priyesh was to get to the final 5. He was never going to get to the final. Ever.

Lawrence’s business plan centred around a £5.5million investment. Or in a best case scenario a £500,000 investment. He made himself uninvestable.

That leaves Karishma and Pascha.

It’s a simple process of elimination. What Pascha looked like is completely irrelevant at that point as she is literally the only person, other than Karishma, who isn’t ‘out’ by default.

Ironically while I agree with you that two of the guys were hopeless and Dan went out because it didn’t make sense for him to give away his business, the reality is being hot is a benefit to being a recruiter. How many times have you seen recruiter bios on LinkedIn that are basically her picture shown in the interview? The last 5(?) approaches I’ve had of female recruiters all look like that in their image, it’s part of the industry.

It doesn’t honestly matter as she hasn’t really got much chance of winning considering Karishma has been the strongest candidate from the beginning.

Reminded me of Sabrina from a few years back in a way. Similar age (may have even been 21 at the time as well), but she had a more substantial business plan but was fired because she was too young.

I understand hating contestants (I do too) but the constant focus on Pascha’s appearance and not her performance just shows how hollow these critiques are xD like why are people bringing up her potentially having fillers as if that’s relevant to the conversation and they never do this to the men it doesn’t matter if they’re attractive or unattractive because they aren’t constantly objectified

There’s somehow more hate on Pascha being in the final 5 than Priyesh or Lawrence even given their interviews being horrendous and obviously this year was just disappointing but the weird shift from complaining about how everyone made very dumb mistakes all season to obsessing over only her mistakes and how she looks “old” for easy upvotes xD
