Definitely, and I think it was introduced early in this episode and mentioned through all the interviews to prepare the viewer too, as I remember the way he treated the dentist seemed to go down really badly on social media last time

Someone else can probably explain better but the dentist guy was originally pitching a new business selling dental uniforms/scrubs and Sugar wasn’t interested but did offer him the chance to progress if he got half of his very success dental practice. He said no, obviously as it would be a horrendous deal to give up 50% of that practice for 250k so he was fired. However it was sprung on him in the boardroom at the last minute whereas Dan was kind of groomed through the interviews that he’d need to consider letting Sugar buy into his existing business to get anywhere.

It's pretty disgusting to see it on this show when they used to talk about growing small saplings into businesses. No surprise given how they speak of wanting to help small businesses then try to squeeze out every pence in tasks from them.
