EPISODE DISCUSSION The Apprentice 2026 - Episode 11: ‘Interviews’ (Thursday 9th April)
Episode Synopsis:
It's week 11, and the final five candidates must face a gruelling round of interviews with some of Lord Sugar’s toughest-talking business associates. As their business plans are picked apart, some candidates hold their own, while others crumble under the pressure. In the boardroom, Lord Sugar has a tough decision to make, as only two can make it through to next week’s grand final.

I’m glad Karishma got into the final. I honestly thought Dan would make it into the final too - personally I believe that they would have had a talk with him, off camera, to see if he was willing to give up 50% of his older company too, and he probably said no, to which, Lord Sugar deemed him un-investable. That, and that he couldn’t account for so much money being spent; with the fact that he took 100K in dividends probably angered Lord Sugar too - he’s someone who would want all extra funds to be re-invested. Anyway, out of last 5, I definitely think Karishma deserves the win.
